Public Hearing: 

Lyons Housing Authority will be taking comments from the public within the next 45 days on the Agency's Annual and Five Year Plan. A public hearing is scheduled for April 13, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. located in the Community Room of Evista Village. The public is invited. The Annual and Five Year plan will be available for inspection at office of the Executive Director at the Lyons Housing Authority, 345 N. 3rd Street.

The City Offices are open to allow for business transactions. Please be aware that high-touch surfaces may not be disinfected between uses, and multiple people may be in close proximity. Guests are encouraged to take personal precautions to prevent the spread of coronavirus, such as hand sanitizing, maintaining a distance of six feet between people and possibly wearing a mask.     St. John's Lutheran Ladies Mission Society is hosting a Pork Loin Dinner on March 14 from 11:00-1:00 at Happy Days Senior Center in Lyons. Meals will be delivered within Lyons and Oakland or can be Drive-Up Pick-Up. Preorders can be made by either completing an order form or calling Sarah at 402-685-5599 or 402-380-5201. Non-preorder drive-ups are also welcome. $10.00 or Free Will Donation.
